FEEDBACK PLEASSSEEEE

We are shooting an experimental film about the demystification of cemeteries and the negative connotations that come along with the thought of cemeteries. We would like to know the things that you did as a child and now in relation to cemeteries, such as holding your breath when you pass by a cemetery in order to keep the spirits from entering your body. Also, we would like any other scary thoughts on the matter....and any nightmares, dreams, or strange occurences in reference to cemeteries. This will be very helpful in developing our film....just post in the comments section of this entry! Thanks!!!

  1. As a child I was always told not to walk on graves. I heard this so much and in such a way that I began to develop a healthy fear over what might happen if I trespassed over somebody's (pun intended) plot. I was raised home schooled in a Christian family and I was told about heaven and hell, but these ideas never eclipsed what I had envisioned to be the cold dark (and plain out spooky) end to this life; I could sense that even with what I was told, most people had some lingering amount of uncertainty and fear when it came to death. Of course my views have changed since I was a boy.

I just remembered an old dream where I was walking through a cemetery and I could clearly hear the dead knocking on their coffins. There were cobra snakes too.. lots of snakes and the sound of cicadas.
